Samuel & Co. carries a range of brands,  featuring Vince Camuto,  Frank Lyman  and Joseph Ribkoff, which allows it to cater to a wide demographic from its 10 stores across Atlantic Canada.

Introducing the downtown boutique feel to the shopping mall environment, Samuel & Co.  offers stylish wardrobe selections in both feel and look. Founded as a spinoff to Pseudio Clothing Company, which has 20 locations across Atlantic Canada, Nancy Holmes began Samuel & Co., the namesake to her first son, as an extension of women’s fashion for a consumer base that is more in search of casual wear and career outfits. With a target market of both young mothers and career women, this has resulted in increasing consumer demand for clothing styles and sizes more in tune with this market segment.

of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co.
is thriving with its ten stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.
Are you a creative, inspiring, driven leader? Do you have a keen eye for fashion and understand the
importance of building and maintaining customer relationships? Then Samuel & Co. is looking for
you! Come join the team as our newest Team Lead.

What will you do?
 Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer
relationships
 Effectively train & coach the sales team
 Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the
merchandising in your store
 Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve
customer loyalty
 Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business
Who are you?
 An energetic, sales driven leader
 You must have a special place in your heart for the fashion retail culture
 Effective communication & time management skills are a must
 Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets
 Must have exceptional one on one selling skills, as well as relationship building savvy
 Excels in merchandising & brand appeal
