What You’ll Do:

Coach and empower team members to exceed sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer experiences.

Support all store operations.

Participate in hiring and implementation of training programs.

Ensure compliance to visual presentation and store standards.

Support the managing of employee performance.

What You’ll Bring:

Retail or service management experience.

Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Merchandising experience.

Organizational skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
