Rules and Regulations for HAPPY EAST COAST KITCHEN PARTY:

• The Avalon Mall “HAPPY EAST COAST KITCHEN PARTY” contest commences on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, and runs until Sunday, December 24, 2023.
• Contest is open to all residents of Newfoundland and Labrador age 19 years or older, with the exception of tenants, employees of tenants, contractors, and or occupants of the Avalon Mall and their immediate families, Crombie REIT, Crombie Developments Limited and its employees and their immediate families.
• How to play: Spot the QR Code, open the camera on your smartphone, hold your phone in front of the QR code for a couple of seconds while your camera scans it, a notification will appear instructing you how to enter the contest.
• If you are a winner, you will be notified with information on how to accept your prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded, no cash value. No prize substitutions.
• You can only win one prize affiliated with Avalon Mall within a 12-month period.
• Prize winner and guest are responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize as described herein, including but not limited to, taxes, airport fees, custom duties, tourist cards, surcharges, cancellations or medical insurance, personal expenses, or upgrades.
• Winner and guest must hold a valid Canadian passport, including all necessary government documentation to travel to the awarded destination.
• Prize trip must be booked through Plena Vida Vacations within Avalon Mall, and travel must be used for the 2024 East Coast Kitchen Party in Punta Cana.
• All decisions relating to this contest are to be made by the Avalon Mall Merchants Association and shall be considered final. All entries become the property of the Avalon Mall Merchants Association and will not be returned. The Avalon Mall Merchants Association reserves the right to discontinue or change this contest at any time.
• By entering the contest, a contestant agrees to the use of his/her/their name and photograph without payment in any forthcoming publicity if he/she/they is declared a winner. Said winner then agrees to sign a Winner Release and Waiver form.
• Any information collected is for the exclusive use of the Avalon Mall Merchants Association, for purposes relating to this promotion only. By filling out your contact information, you are giving consent to receive email messages or newsletters from Avalon Mall about its sales and promotions. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
