Underground Parkade

Our parkade can be accessed via the Thorburn Road entrance and will bring you directly to the first level of Avalon Mall (next to Ardene).

Four-Level Parking Garage

Our garage has two entrances off O’Leary Avenue and connects directly with the second level via a pedestrian pedway (across from Crescent Jewellers). In total, over 2,900 parking spaces are available on site, including conveniently located accessible parking and family spaces at each entrance.

Electric Vehicle Parking & Charging

Avalon Mall has EV parking and charging stations in the parking garage and parkade. There are 8 spots in total: 2 in the underground parkade, and 2 each on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the parking garage.
