Everyone deserves a great shopping experience. And that starts with making the mall accessible for all. We’re proud to offer accessibility services that meet the needs of customers, so you can count on an enjoyable visit every time.

Wheelchair Rentals: Available for free at Guest Services, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Elevator Access: The closest elevator is just inside the Food Court entrance. But if you’re coming from the parkade, head toward the Cineplex hallway for the nearest one.

Accessible Washrooms: Every washroom in the mall has accessible stalls. We also have two universal washrooms: one near the food court washrooms and one across from Sunrise Records.
